But, if instead, you reinforce positive thoughts, you will attract good things to your life and have more positive things flowing towards you. Every time you consciously make an affirmation, you are taking control over your subconscious. You are sending the message that you are taking responsibility for your life. So you can create something pleasant. The awareness of your thoughts can show you the way you are thinking.

You can have the choice to decide if you want to think positive thoughts or negative thoughts. An affirmation will empower you to create the life you want.

It could be hard to stay positive or think positive all the time. Listening to affirmations can help you to set in your subconscious mind the new positive pattern of thinking. Before you go to sleep, think, and affirm something you need or want in your life.

Take this last thought to your sleep; the message will permeate your subconscious. Then, it will become easier for you to affirm consciously and believe that what you say is possible. It somewhat defies description, but as a root of the sound, it is like a soundless sound of the mantra that is resting in silence.
